Remodeling Amid Challenging Conditions and a Tight Turnaround
The owners of what had been the “Happy Ranch” estate of retired general Hap Arnold wanted to re-make the old home in the same location but with modern upgrades and amenities. Challenged by poor soil conditions and a very constrained jobsite, we were able to successfully complete this beautiful home—as well as a guest studio, pool, and terraces—in less than a year’s time.
