Living in Singapore, the owners of this rural Sebastopol property had the unusual challenge of building a custom home while working overseas. When communication broke down with their initial contractor, Earthtone stepped in to complete the project. The home’s subfloor was in place and we worked with heritage timber shipped directly from a dismantled barn in Texas. Showcasing mezzanines, lofts, and connected living spaces, this gorgeous residence was a pleasure to build. Handing over the keys upon the owners’ return and seeing their looks of pure delight made this project all the more special.
