Working in tandem with the architect and the interior designer, Earthtone helped turn what was intended to be a guesthouse into a welcoming and rustic St. Helena family home. The scope of work included an estate-wide infrastructure upgrade, including new power, water, water storage, pumps, and other equipment for a new vineyard and that could support the future buildings. The home’s completely open layout includes beamed ceilings that don’t allow for hidden electrical and such unusual touches as a room-within-a-room feature for the master bedroom loft area. Given the tight relationship between architecture and interior design, revamped infrastructure and newly built living structure, it fell to Earthtone’s team of experts to coordinate so that everything came together perfectly. That’s what we love to do!
