Moving offices where you work, while you work

Repeated work for a client is a true compliment.  After two successful renovations, we were hired a third time to construct a new data room, copy room, break room, law library, and offices for their new lease on a new floor.  We worked closely with our client to schedule our work to be as least disruptive to their attorneys as possible – including working off-hours to get the job done.  We also expedited the construction of the data room to allow their IT professionals to get all cabling in place while we continued the improvements.  We were able to meet a challenging deadline and even helped arrange the furniture!

Historic building comes full circle.

Local, historic, downtown building returned to service

Working with Sebastopol-based Lars Langberg Architects, we transformed a a historic downtown Sebastopol building into a functional new office space for the financial services firm Abacus Wealth Partners. Built in 1892 as home to Sebastopol’s first bank, the building had been used for businesses as varied as restaurants and retail. After an extensive renovation, our project team is excited to see a local landmark returned to its financial roots as home to Abacus Wealth Partners. Pleased with what Earthtone brought to the project, Abacus invited us back to complete Phase Two of this transformation in the fall of 2016.

Nearon Enterprises Office Suite

Re-thought from the floors to the lighting

An extensive interior renovation, this project offered Earthtone the opportunity to participate from concept and budget all the way through to inception. Sized at nearly 9,000 square feet and intended to comfortably serve some 40 employees, this building required that everything be replaced and re-thought from the floors to the lighting. We know that downtime is time that your business isn’t making money. Our turn-around is as focused as your expectations.

Pellenc America

Management and expertise solve legacy issues

Pellenc America, the U.S. division of the French company famous for its viticulture equipment, purchased a large old Santa Rosa building that came fraught with code violations and ADA deficiencies. As part of our management services, we quickly resolved the issues with the county and had soon transformed the space into Pellenc’s world headquarters, with offices, conference facilities, warehouse space, and a machine shop.

Carlile Macy

Business as usual during a historic remodel

A multidisciplinary design firm, Carlile Macy decided to convert its 4,000-square-foot historic downtown Santa Rosa warehouse into offices. With a number of large projects underway and a growing staff, it was essential for the firm to continue operations during construction. They engaged us due to our reputation for creative project management as well as for our mindful building practices, which were particularly crucial in maintaining the historic building’s facade. The existing space, once a hops storage warehouse, was converted to an open plan office and survey crew staging area.
