James Gilliland Shop Manager

Born and raised in Sebastopol, James came to Earthtone Construction after spending five years racing cars nationwide. He earned his nickname “Jimmy2Fast” after becoming California State Champion his rookie year racing. James naturally fit into the role of Shop Manager, in charge of managing and maintaining a growing fleet of vehicles, equipment, and tools. To slow down, James enjoys exploring his own Sonoma County backyard, and taking his boat out fishing up and down the local coastline. He believes hard work and authenticity lead to opportunities, evidenced by his favorite quote: “Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.”
