From an early age Kris took an acute interest in building things and built skateboard ramps in grade school. This blossomed to a keen interest in architecture and woodworking and by high school he was filling his summer months as a carpenter’s apprentice. College earned him a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on renewable resources engineering, sustainable community development, and alternative building design. His career stayed in the building industry where he applied his knowledge and skill to extreme structural building methods in Tahoe and Hawaii. Now back in his native Sebastopol we are thrilled to have Kris on our team
As a new father Kris is busy with his newborn. When he has time, he’s an avid snowboarder and enjoys hiking camping and exploring the North Coast.
