Steve grew up working on homes with his father in Petaluma and began laying tile in Marin with a mentor that later became his father in-law. Realizing the wet saw was not in his future, he focused his energy to Veterinary Medicine and became a surgical assistant. Though years of long days in an operating room left him eager to get back in the trades. He refocused his energy to carpentry, and construction management. His favorite aspect of construction is working with other contractors and creatively finding solutions. He enjoys volunteering for the Sonoma County Humane Society, the Redwood Empire Food Bank, coaching youth sports and cooking for his wife and 3 daughters.
