Business as usual during a historic remodel

A multidisciplinary design firm, Carlile Macy decided to convert its 4,000-square-foot historic downtown Santa Rosa warehouse into offices. With a number of large projects underway and a growing staff, it was essential for the firm to continue operations during construction. They engaged us due to our reputation for creative project management as well as for our mindful building practices, which were particularly crucial in maintaining the historic building’s facade. The existing space, once a hops storage warehouse, was converted to an open plan office and survey crew staging area.
