Maintaining Sanitary and Safety Standards During Construction

Building a specialized clean room facility inside a working lab is an interesting challenge – and one that we relish.  In order to maintain the highest cleanliness standards, we installed full containment barriers with HEPA filtered units which ran 24 hours a day to control construction dust.  The renovation also required us to do all electrical and mechanical changeovers at hours when no other workers were present.  In the end, we built a new ISO7 clean room around an existing clean room, replete with ISO5 medical compounding benches.  Additionally, we built out the office, pharmacy, and packaging rooms.
